Can I Buy A Break?

The last two weeks worth of weather have been so unpredictable for me. Teaching elementary p.e., with no gym, and three classes being taught at one time makes weather conditions a big concern in my life. Rain has the potential to ruin a whole weeks worth of planning at a time for me. The rain does not only cause a problem for me, but it also creates a problem for classroom teachers. Classroom teachers end up having difficult times with their children when they cannot get outside to get rid of some of that bottled up energy. I try to plan a fun activity for my students when we are inside, but their is no substitute for space. On a brighter note Gooooooo Eagles!!!! Despite bad field conditions and limited practices due to weather we were still able to beat our rival Hamburg Lions to keep the Ashley Bowl trophy another year.
